Blossom Charitable Trust undertakes water conservation projects and overall development of adivasi villages in Taluka Mokhada, District Palghar, Maharashtra, India. The main occupation is farming. They majorly grow vari rice, harbhara and nachani. They face tremendous scarcity of water from March till June every year. The women have to climb 200-250 meters steep valley and walk 4 kms. to and fro in scorching heat to get a pot of water.

Till date we have completed water conservation projects for Twenty Five villages with the object of providing water to these villages throughout the year.

We have provided educational aid, stationery, school bags, raincoats, text books, exercise books to Five schools in villages.

Medical Health Support

  • Blossom in association with Sankalpan Group of Companies, provided 12 Jumbo oxygen cylinders, blankets and linens to covid centre in Mokhada.
  • In association with the IKS Cares Foundation, we conducted medical camps to screen for anemia among students in Ashram schools across Shahapur, Murbad (Thane), and Mokhada (Palghar). Over the last academic year, we reached more than 1,700 Adivasi students, providing them with a six-month course of nutritional supplements. To ensure long-term health impact, we also conduct comprehensive six-month follow-up camps at every participating school.
